Cookie Pack Tuesday, February 13
6:45 pm ~ 14 Gaylord Lane
Each year, Club members make and pack up cookies for nursing home residents and Wiley families. We usually have a Cookie Pack, around 5:00 pm followed by a board meeting. For the past few years, it has been held at Genni Fardella’s house (14 Gaylord Lane, Cambridge Park section). Many members have been unable to attend because the cookie pack is too early for those working. The Board has heard you and has decided to try something different. The Board will have its meeting (and light dinner provided by Genni) FIRST at 5:00 pm then we will start the Cookie Pack after the meeting around 6:45 pm. Hopefully, this will allow more people to attend. Refreshments and adult beverages will be served for the Cookie Pack.
We ask each member to make (or buy) 5-6 dozen cookies-no nuts please, and bring cookies with you to the Cookie Pack. Or, if you cannot make it, just call Genni (856-983-4624) to arrange to drop your cookies off. Please bring them in a disposable container (aluminum tray), or clearly label your container to be returned to you.
This is a FUN night with a lot of chatting, munching and wine-sipping along with cookie packing, so we hope that this time change will accommodate those people who had not previously been able to make it. For information contact Genni Fardella at firstname.lastname@example.org.
